With the Stereo Hybrid 120 Pro, comfortable, ground-hugging suspension combined with intuitive handling and reliable, fuss-free performance are all part of the deal. Cube combined Bosch’s fourth-generation CX drive unit and a 750 Wh battery with Shimano’s legendarily easy-to-use Deore 1×12 gears for simple trail-taming power.

Then Cube has added four-piston hydraulic disc brakes with oversized rotors front and rear. Combined with Schwalbe’s grippy 2.6in tyres, they’ll ensure you’re always in control. And RockShox suspension front and rear keeps the rubber side down. It’s all you need for trail adventures.

Frame size S (16″) comes with 27.5″ wheels. Sizes M (18″), L (20″) and XL (22″) are 29ers.

There’s some clever stuff going on inside the Stereo Hybrid 120’s sleek frame. The Modular Battery System tucks the battery out of sight – and out of the way of dust and water. The refined four-bar suspension design keeps you isolated from trail shocks and vibration, and Cube wrapped the whole lot in their Comfort Geometry – with a stiffness-enhancing Boost 148 rear end and 1.5in head tube – for easy handling. We even made it simple to add accessories like mudguards, a luggage carrier and a kickstand. And the Size Split system means there’s a Stereo Hybrid 120 to suit every rider.

Technologies

Boost 148
A wider hub makes a stiffer wheel, and a stiffer wheel means better handling. That’s the thinking behind the Boost 148 rear hub standard, which allows wider flange spacing for better wheel performance without impacting on shifting accuracy or drivetrain efficiency. Simply put, you can go faster and harder with better handling and stronger wheels.

Gravity Casting
Gravity Casting moulds liquid aluminium into highly complex frame sections, resulting in extremely strong structures that can better withstand stress. For their Hybrid models, for example, CUBE was able to produce a motor mount that’s optimised to cope with the loads placed on it in this specialised application, without adding unnecessary weight or sacrificing strength.

Full Integrated Battery
The Full Integrated Battery system tucks the power of Bosch’s battery out of sight, safely inside the confines of your bike’s downtube. Hidden beneath a splash and dust-proof cover and secured with a lock to prevent theft, it allows us to design beautiful e-bike frames that are as brilliantly functional as they are good to look at.

Modular Battery System
In many ways the battery is the heart of an e-bike. That’s why, with CUBE’s Modular Battery System, they’ve made a setup that’s easy to use. You can charge the battery on or off the bike, and they’ve made room for even high capacity batteries. You’ll wonder how you ever managed without it.

SizeSplit
The right bike should fit you perfectly. And, for taller riders, CUBE has built a range of sizes around the fast-rolling 29er wheel standard. Advanced Internal Cable Routing
Gear and brake cables need a way to get from handlebar controls to frame – but what if there was no need for holes near the head tube? CUBE has came up with a design that takes cables into the frame via the headset, maintaining full internal cable routing but making it even neater and less obtrusive.
